In each session you will be guided by level 3 certifeid MELT instructor Molly Rappold and gain a better understanding of the systems that allow your body to function. When you MELT you are working directly with the neurofascial system, the marriage of the connective tissue and nervous systems, an integral part of how the body functions. The MELT Method goes to the source of discomfort bringing your body back to homeostasis by reconnecting the mind and the body, rebalancing the nervous system, rehydrating connective tissue and releasing fluid flow for efficient mobility and body wide communication.
