My husband and I have been working with Brittany for several years. We love working with her and truly look forward to our weekly sessions! Brittney is very tuned into each of us. Each week she comes up with a new session plan while intuitively tuning into each of our bodies’s specific needs. I have been using The Co Pilates as my cross-training to running in preparation for the 2016 NYC Marathon. Brittany’s one-on-one instruction and specific attention to my needs creates a customized program giving me the ability to add the miles necessary to complete three half marathons and the full marathon this year. Her program provides what I am unable to get from group sessions (yoga, barre, etc.) and endless gym sessions. Doing the exercise correctly and isolating the specific movement has provided infinitely better results, in less time, with no strain/injury, and the results are evident in my physique and strength.
