Brittany Crosby

Brittany Crosby is a mindful movement practitioner, instructor of contemporary STOTT pilates, witchy intuitive healer, and the founder of The Co Pilates. Brittany has been helping her clients connect the dots between their movement, discomfort, and body awareness to achieve more pleasurable movement for over 15 years. Brittany's love of movement and examining the possibilities of the human body was ignited by her lifelong dance training. The Co is infused with that love and her passion to help others become informed about their body, their movement capabilities, and the ripple effects those changes have in the world. Her mission isn’t just to assist clients in achieving fitness results, but to invite them into a deeper connection with themselves and the freedom that comes with that connection.

Approach: How you move in and relate to your body informs how you move in and relate to others and the world. Brittany’s approach to teaching movement considers this ideology. With her clients she facilitates a practice of awareness that examines the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of the body we all have, and how they are functioning and connected to each other.
