Adam Gauzza

Adam Gauzza came to Pilates as a professional contemporary dancer. After seeing improvements in strength, alignment, flexibility, and body awareness, he was hooked. Adam is an expert instructor certified through the Kane School of Core Integration at Kinected Center. He graduated cum laude with a double major in dance and gender studies from Northwestern University and has performed professionally with a variety of companies in New York and Chicago including Grammy award-winning band Arcade Fire, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Carolyn Dorfman Dance, Company XIV, Brendan Drake Choreography, JAXON Movement Arts,

and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. In addition to Pilates, his movement practices include ballet and modern dance, yoga, and Feldenkrais.

Halley Cianfarini

Halley's experience as a professional dancer, actress, and practitioner of yoga, Pilates, and Thai Yoga Bodywork inform her teaching. After dancing professionally for a number of years, Halley turned to Pilates to help more deeply organize her body and has felt the Pilates work has helped to extend her dance/musical theater career. Halley was certified at the Kane School of Core Integration, studying with the school's founder, Kelly Kane. As a movement professional who has been studying and working with the body from a young age, she brings both an intellectual and intuitive understanding to her teaching.  She loves to help clients get centered and release into the restorative aspects of a Pilates practice, and of course lead you through a challenging, well-aligned, and healthy workout. She has experience working with conditions such as osteoporosis / osteopoenia, scoliosis, and post rehab from hip and knee replacements, herniated discs, ankle injuries, bursitis, frozen shoulder, and more. Her continued study includes Balanced Body's Bodhi Ropes course, the renowned FAMI Anatomy Workshop at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt Sinai, workshops with Juilliard’s Irene Dowd, Rebekah Rotstein, Kelly Kane, and more. With training in Thai Yoga Bodywork and some muscle releases, she incorporates this into sessions as well.   Halley has worked at Equinox, Kinespirit.  She can be found at SoundMovement in Westchester on Fridays and Saturdays and is a graduate of Muhlenberg College. Halley is honored to witness and facilitate the healing, growth, and strength a focused Pilates practice can bring, and is thrilled to be a part of The Co Pilates.


Talese Hunt

Talese Hunt has been certified through STOTT PILATES since 2009. She began Pilates training in 2008 as a way to strengthen and prolong her professional dance career, including dancing with the Radio City Rockettes for 5 seasons. Taleseloves Pilates because it makes all her other activities feel easier and better. In 2012 Talese became an Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES and since then has spent a lot of time traveling to train future instructors throughout the USA, Japan, and Korea. Talese is also an instructor trainer for Zen*ga, another mindful movement modality from Merrithew, and is trained in TRX method and IndoRow. Through continuing education workshops, Talese is also qualified for the following specialty tracks: Athletic Conditioning, Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning, Active For Life, Group Matwork, Group Equipment, and Dance. Originally from Sandy, Utah, Talese also enjoys outdoor activities like snowboarding, hiking, and waterskiing. Talese is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals, enjoy their activities more, and just feel better!

Rachel Priebe 

Rachel Priebe began her career as a Pilates Instructor in 2000. Rachel incorporates both a classical and contemporary approach to her Pilates training while helping her students improve their strength, tone, flexibility and overall well being. In addition to her many years of teaching experience, Rachel is a Polestar Pilates Post-Rehabilitation certified trainer, has studied at the Kane School of Core Integration, with renowned anatomist Irene Dowd, and was a longtime student of Pilates Elder Kathy Grant.
